The value of making these changes is summarized in a report that we share with you, outlining the specific changes recommended and the value this change has for your business in cost savings, increases in profit or increases in revenue.
STEP 4
Justify
Here, we mutually agree on what changes we will pursue, and prioritize them in terms of impact to your business. Generally, we recommend prioritizing the initiatives with the highest impact on cashflow and profit first.
STEP 5
Implement
We “planned the work” together, now we “work the plan” and implement what we’ve agreed to. We are with you every step of the way throughout the implementation process by actively working with you through the changes. We find this results in a much higher and more sustainable success rate and helps to assure that the recommendations agreed to actually take hold and become lasting, systemic changes for your business
