Susan has over 20 years of advertising and marketing management experience in both the US and Canada, working with clients such as Nestlé USA and CPC Specialty Foods. She has set the gold standard for account management which has been cited as an example by Nestlé University, as the expected standard of AOR’s. Susan recently spent the past 10 years working with non-profit organizations, most recently as Executive Director responsible for overall development of the strategic plan for the organization, including developing board training programs.
